Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible with Aluminium Extrusion process and metallurgical developments to expand into extrusions manufacturing and acquiring new products from the market
  • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with Company’s internal rules
  • Revise, develop and enforce all production plant and departmental procedures, work instructions, extrusion best practice documentation
  • Conduct quality and production parameters improvement programs
  • Maintains quality standards through training, cross training, audits and development of personnel including operation of the process within standard operating conditions
  • Proposes measures for permanent development of his team members, team performance reviews
  • Trains team members as deemed necessary to provide tools for future growth and opportunity for advancement
  • Follow/develop training programs in support of department objectives
  • Responsible for Departments KPI’s achievement and compliance to Company’s internal Procedures
  • Prepares the production yearly budget and oversees on its compliance
  • Analyzes departments reporting and conduct preventive and corrective measures for department objectives achieving
  • Monitor & review accuracy of all direct report; submits monthly Department’s activity report to company Management
  • Maintains permanent collaboration with other Departments in Production, Quality, Sales
  • Ensure that extrusion production equipment and facilities are fit for production performance purpose and provides proactive support/solutions through out relevant investments proposals

Main responsibilities:

  • Team coordination (die cleaning, die mounting, correctors and nitriding)
  • Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
  • Proposes measures for permanent development of his team members, team performance reviews
  • Maintains adequate staffing levels and adjust people accordingly to ensure all shifts maintain a balanced experience level to support productivity goals
  • Supervises all Die shop activities, supports problem die assessment and correction, dies planning in production, new tooling, replacement tooling, maintenance of existing tooling, dies cleaning station, Nitriding of Dies
  • Perform Post Launch assessment of die productivity and recovery as compared to quoted values
  • Together with senior die corrector, manages Die performance improvement activities
  • Manages Budget for tooling and consumables for die shop department
  • Manages relationships with die suppliers, develops new suppliers, contractors and service providers
  • Reviews supplier’s performance, customer service, part of contract negotiation team with die suppliers
  • Strives continually for dies efficiency increasing, cost reduction and performance improvement
  • Responsible for team’s KPIs achievement and compliance to Company’s internal Procedures
  • Monitors equipment and spare parts inventory and places purchase orders when necessary
  • Supervises the proper usage of the equipment
  • Assures that periodical preventive maintenance activities are done properly
  • Periodically updates the min max stock connected to department’s needs
  • Department representative in the production related daily / periodical meetings
  • Permanent collaboration with other Departments in Production, Quality and Planning
  • Maintain dies logs and reporting on daily activities including monthly activity report of the department
  • Ensure that designated work area and facilities are fit for purpose and provides proactive support/solutions when needed
  • Responsible with housekeeping in the department area

  • IT experience – min.3 years;

  • Knowledge of .net (C#, VB) – development, excel  - vba development, networking, servers administration, project management, backup solution (Veritas Backup exec), Joomla, aspx, php represent an advantage

Main responsibilities:

  • Conceives and implements new IT procedures as needed;
  • Performs and maintains existing database, as well as backups (server and computers) ;
  • Installs updates for the ERP software ;
  • Responsible for the maintenance and service of all Company hardware and software, as well as training employees on various work programs needed ;
  • Performs visits in the factory to analyze and provide solutions for possible problems

  • Asigura efectuarea inspectiilor periodice (lunare) asupra instalatiilor electrice;
  • Asigura efectuarea lucrarilor de natura electrica privind reparatii minore ale instalatiilor
  • Efectueaza alte lucrari la cerere la instalatiile electrice utilizate in conformitate cu procedurile interne aprobate (lucrari cu scoaterea de sub tensiune);
  • Efectuarea mentenantei permanente in cadrul obiectivului;
  • Raspunde de efectuarea corespunzatoare a activitatilor din caietul de sarcini ale obiectivului, conform graficului de lucru.
