In our continuous effort to suit our customers’ needs, reduce its overhead and streamline the supply chain, Vimetco Extrusion has recently inaugurated a mechanical workshop to perform operations such as:
- Accurate cutting: length of 10-400 mm, +/- 0.5 mm
- Double head sawing: 90º and 45º tolerance of +/- 0.5 mm
- Longer units cutting: 400-3000 mm, tolerance of +/- 1 mm
- Milling : 0-800 mm. width 0-200 mm
- Drilling, 0-32 mm
- Tapping, M1-M12 mm
- Punching: from single to multi punch units
- Debarring
- Various assembly
- Packing
Additional fabrication allowed us to expand on the range of services for our customers.
